Daniel Eskils is a Swedish director whose visual wit, playful ideas, stylish aesthetic and quirky charm are quickly earning him a reputation as one of the most exciting new directors on the scene. He has made acclaimed music videos for Those Dancing Days, Boys Noize and Alphabeat, and his 2006 video for Knight Music’s Green River Killer is credited for kickstarting the ongoing ‘sleeveface’ internet phenomenon. His work saw him listed as one of the winners of 2008’s ADC Young Guns 6. Daniel has also made the TV show Kjell, a puppet-based comedy series, and Madrasserat, a politicial reality show on housing policy for young people in Sweden, which aired on Sweden’s ZTV. Right now Daniel is breaking into commercial films, starting with a project for Dutch agency KesselsKramer.
