Philip Andelman

Philip began working for photographer Annie Leibovitz during his school breaks until his sophomore year of college where he became the Grateful Dead photographer. In his senior year, he made ‘Looking for Actionman’, which won him a grant from Martin Scorsese. Since then he has directed over forty music videos for artists including Rihanna, Beyoncé, John Mayer, Jay Z, Lenny Kravitz, Ludacris and has made films for American Express, Verizon and Kohl’s. His work as photographer has appeared in Rolling Stone, Nylon and Black Book. Philip has been nominated for numerous MVPA awards including Director of the Year in 2007.
