Andrew Gura has been visible on the LA hip hop scene since he snuck into
World on Wheels to see Run-DMC in the mid-80s. He studied film first as a
UCLA undergraduate and then at the USC School of Cinema-Television's MFA program.
Drawn to music videos by way of creating live visuals for concerts and DJ
sets by Cut Chemist and DJ Shadow, Andrew's early promo work helped to put indie label Stones Throw on the map.
